Joy graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2006, earning a Bachelor's Degree in K-8 Education. Shortly after graduation, Joy began her teaching experience in her hometown elementary school. Once her son was born in 2014, Joy became a stay-at-home mom who found other teaching avenues as a homeschooling mom and an outdoor educator.
Joy is certified through the Eastern Region Association of Forest and Nature Schools (ERAFANS) as a nature-based early childhood educator. In her free time, you can find Joy hiking in the hills with her family, getting her hands dirty on her homestead, or baking cookies.
Grace has her Masters in Teaching and her Bachelors of Social Work. Grace has worked in schools as a second grade teacher and a paraeducator.
Grace has experience in the role of a health care transition coordinator. Rain or shine, you can find Grace exploring the outdoors, riding bikes, or chasing chickens with her family and dogs.

Darrien holds her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Darrien has worked as a English Language Arts 5th grade teacher as well as a Kindergarten Teacher.
Darrien grew up in the Naches area and has always been passionate about the outdoors. She is a mom of energetic boys and loves to adventure and explore the outdoors with her family. You can find her camping, hiking and exploring the mountains, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or riding dirtbikes.
